a) NoR - Paragraph 7.3 – Entries and Entry Fee

Delete the words “Porto Cervo”

b) NoR - Paragraph 2.3 – Eligibility (Farr 40 Owners only)

Modify to read:

Farr 40 owners, charterers and substitute helmsmen shall be current members of the Farr 40 Class Association approved by the Farr 40 Class Eligibility Review Committee.European Farr 40 owners, charterers and substitute helmsmen shall also be current members of the Farr 40 European Fleet. Non-European owners are kindly requested to ask for a guest membership of the Farr 40 European Fleet to participate in the European Circuit (mail to pirina@farr40.net).

c) NoR – Paragraph 6 – Programme (Swan 45 Owners only)

Add:
As requested by the Class Swan 45 the regatta scheduled on the 16th of May for Swan 45 will be considered as a Warm Up race: it will not count for the final scoring of the Rolex Capri Sailing Week.

d) NoR – Paragraph 9.1 – Registration (Swan 45 Owners only)

Add:
In accordance with the Swan 45 Class request, the final registration for the Swan 45 expires at 11 am on May 16th . The regatta scheduled on the 16th of May for Swan 45 will be considered as a Warm Up race: it will not count for the final scoring of the Rolex Capri Sailing Week.

e) NoR – Paragraph 13 – Inspections (Swan 45 Owners only)

Add:
Swan 45 boats shall be at disposal of the Measurement Committee no later than 09.00 am on the 16th of May 2007 until the end of the series.
