Results after four races: Race Four - The final race of the day is under way. This one is a short- 3 legs in shifting breeze. Nerone led at the weather mark, followed by Barking Mad and Goombay Smash. At the bottom, the lead had changed hands and Goombay Smash was up front, with Barking Mad and Nerone close behind. As they head upwinds toward the finish Plenty, Nanoq, Convexity, Groovederci and OZ follow. Race Three - At the final windward mark of the race, Nerone has overtaken Barking Mad. As the fleet heads for the finish, it's Nerone, Barking Mad, Goombay Smash, Plenty, Groovederci, OZ, Convexity and Nanoq. At the leeward mark, Barking Mad takes the right gate, Nerone went left. They're followed by Groovederci, Goombay Smash, OZ, Plenty, Convexity and Nanoq. The race committee has signaled a course change of course. Race Three was delayed as the wind became light and shifty. At the top mark the first time around, it's Groovederci, followed by Nerone, Barking Mad, OZ, Plenty, Convexity, Goombay Smash and Nanoq. Race Two - Nerone led start to finish, followed by Goombay Smash and Convexity. Stay tuned for complete results of Race 2. The warning for race 3 is scheduled for 1330. First time around at the top mark it's Nerone, Goombay Smash, Convexity, Nanoq, OZ, Plenty, Barking Mad and Groovederci. Barking Mad has won the first race, followed by Nerone, winners of the Match Race Invitational. Prior to starting Race two, PRO Peter Reggio advised competitors that he would attempt to run 4 races today. Day One - Race One Picture perfect weather for Day One of the Rolex Farr 40 North American Championship. PRO Peter Reggio got the fleet off on time at 1105 in 12 knots of breeze from 350 ◦ . As the fleet rounds the top mark for the first time, Doug Douglass' Goombay Smash is leading, followed by Don Wilson's Convexity, Jim Richardson's Barking Mad and Massimo Mezzaroma's Nerone. The second time around the top mark, Barking Mad climbed into the lead, followed by Nerone, Goombay Smash and Convexity. As they head for the finish, Barking Mad and Nerone are withing 1 boat length of each other. Rounding out the fleet, but still fairly close together are, Alex Roepers' Plenty, HRH Crown Prince Frederik's Nanoq, John Demourkas' Groovederci, and sedat Gulcaglayan's OZ.
